Elections of the President of Republic of Lithuania, June 13, 2004
 
On 5 January 2003, Rolandas Paksas was elected for the office of President of the Republic in the second voting round. He took the oath and assumed the duties of the President of the Republic on 26 February 2003.
After the impeachment proceedings, he was removed from the office of President of the Republic on 6 April 2004.
Currently, presidential duties are provisionally carried out by Chairman of the Seimas.

The elections for the office of President of the Republic of Lithuania are scheduled on 13 June 2004. The elections to the European Parliament will be held on the same date.
