National minorities have the right to be informed about elections in their ethnic language

Laws on the Elections of the President of the Republic and on the Elections to the European Parliament provide that electoral agitation may be of any type and form other than those that violate the Constitution and the Law, contradict morality, justice or the harmony of society, and do not correspond to a fair and honourable elections.

The right of voters to receive information about elections (in a broad sense) in their ethnic language is recognized by international organisations: the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe and the Council of Europe Commission for Democracy through the Law (Venice Commission).
