On May 12 voters will receive 3 ballot papers

The Central Electoral Commission (CEC) informs that on May 12 during the Elections of the President of the Republic of Lithuania, Referendum on Amendment of Article 12 of the Constitution and Referendum on Amendment of Article 55 of the Constitution, voters will receive 3 ballot papers.

By filling in the ballot paper of the Elections of the President of the Republic, the voter will be able to mark only one candidate for the President of the Republic of Lithuania from the list of 9 candidates in the ballot paper. Candidates for President of the Republic in the ballot paper will be arranged in alphabetical order.

On the same day, two referendums on amendments to Articles 12 and 55 of the Constitution will be held. There will be one ballot papers of referendum for voters on the amendment to Article 12 of the Constitution and one ballot papers of referendum for voting on the amendment to Article 55 of the Constitution. In a referendum ballot paper, the voter will have the right to mark one option: "Yes" or "No".

Each voter will have the right to take all 3 ballot or to take only one or two of them. The voter will sign for each ballot received. The voter turnout will be counted from the ballot papers found in the ballot box.
