Who can vote in the Elections to the European Parliament?

Citizens of the Republic of Lithuania wishing to vote in the Elections to the European Parliament must be at least 18 years old on the election day. Persons who have been declared incapable by the court shall not participate in the elections.

According to the European Union Directive and the Law on Elections to the European Parliament, citizens of other EU Member States residing in Lithuania have the right to choose in which Member State they will vote.
