If you live in a foreign country or you will be abroad during Elections of the President of the Republic of Lithuania on May 12 and Elections to the European Parliament on May 26, there is a possibility to vote abroad. You have to submit an electoral registration application via the electronic registration system www.rinkejopuslapis.lt.
In the voter registration request you will indicate how you would like to vote in Elections of the President of the Republic of Lithuania on May 12 and Elections to the European Parliament on May 26:

by post (voting documents will be sent to you to the address indicated in the request to vote abroad);

or you will arrive to vote in person at the appropriate diplomatic mission or consular post of the Republic of Lithuania on established days and time.
Please note that in order to vote in Elections of the President of the Republic of Lithuania on May 12 and Elections to the European Parliament on May 26 all voters must re-register, even those voters who permanently live abroad and have already been included in the electoral rolls of foreign voters during previous elections or referendums.
