Voters, who are in health care facilities, social care institutions or carry out mandatory military service, will be able to vote on 8th, 9th and 10th of May 2019 in these institutions, in special voting places according to the schedule on set days and time (during run-off voting on 22nd, 23rd and 24th of May).
Voters, who will vote in the special voting point, will have to show an identity proving document to the members of the commission and after voting will receive an envelope with a special sealed mark.
